To ensure that our property is well-maintained and pet-friendly for all residents, there is a $350 non-refundable fee for each pet, up to the maximum of 3 pets per home. For each furry resident, we also ask for a monthly “paw-ticipation” fee of $25 per month. Our leasing team can provide additional details on breed and other restrictions.
